Tea Time

Why green tea? Drinking tea or green tea punctuates the day with precious and refreshing pause, whether it is after a satisfying meal or when taking a much-needed break in during busy schedule.

Green tea is a uniquely powerful beverage for improving health, burning body fat, and preventing disease. 

With more scientific evidence on the effectiveness of green tea for certain health problems, its popularity has soared.

We routinely have a cup of decaf tea green tea in the evening after the kids are in bed and we can relax and enjoy spending some quiet time together.

We try to drink two to four cups throughput the day and find decaffeinated green tea keep us focused yet relaxed.

It is also one of the best sources of beneficial phytonutrients that are helpful in preventing aging and disease. From protecting the heart against any number of cardiovascular diseases to keeping teeth strong and healthy, green tea seems to do it all.

Green tea is rich in potent antioxidant called ‘polyphenols’ that protect human DNA from damage and shortening, reduce inflammation, reduce estrogen and reduce breast tissue density.
